Sensory Sessions

The Southern Centre will be available for 30-minute sensory sessions and bookings are essential. Sessions can be booked for individuals or groups of up to eight. Participants can enjoy the centre at their own pace and our unique computer system enables us to cater to individual needs.

Birthday Parties

If you’re looking for a unique experience, The Southern Centre is a great place to hold a birthday party. The Southern Centre is an environment that has something different for each age range, so it is perfect if you are catering to a wide range of children. Plus it is great fun!

All Feet Can Dance

Dance and movement classes are a fantastic way to have fun and stay active, regardless of your age or ability. The Southern Centre firmly believes that ALL feet can dance and that is exactly what we offer in our weekly creative movement classes designed primarily for disabled adults.

Every Body Can Move

This fundamental movement programme has been designed to support individuals to develop foundation motor skills through inclusive activities. All activities are skill-based and will prepare participants to progress into other recreation opportunities. This programme has been developed primarily for disabled adults.
